Early Northern Era Mug

Mugs did not exist in most northern cultures until after the 14th c.  Mugs such as this one are really shrunken replicas of pitchers.  Glazed with amber brown glaze on the inside and part of the outside to mimic only partial glazing of early pieces.  4″ wide (inc. handle) x 5″ high, 2.5″ opening.
